Lonestar Aquafarms’ water quality and environmental conditions are continuously monitored - not just by us, but by many regulatory agencies. We are inspected, regulated, and approved for operation by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA), the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD), the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). In fact, Lonestar Aquafams is one of the only E.P.A permitted aquaculture farms in the country.
